Payment for ordered products by standard request can be made in one of the following ways:
• Upon receipt of the goods by courier upon delivery.
• Prepayment by bank transfer - (the order starts / sends after receiving the money in the company account)

ET COMPASS - Tihomir Tanchev accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are placed through the site www.baloni.shop after adding the selected products to the cart. In order to complete the order, consent to these General Terms and Conditions is required. "ET COMPASS - Tihomir Tanchev" delivers ordered products only for the territory of Bulgaria. The goods can be delivered in one of the following ways, at the customer's choice:
• Delivery to the address specified by the client
• Delivery to the office of the courier company Econt or a machine of Econt / Econtom *
* "ET COMPASS - Tihomir Tanchev" uses the services of courier company Econt for delivery of all ordered goods. By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, the customer accepts and agrees to the terms of delivery. In case the order is placed in an office of Econt / Econtomat, the customer has 5 working days from the date of delivery to "ET COMPASS - Tihomir Tanchev Ltd. undertakes to provide conditions for proper packaging, transportation and delivery of products so as to preserve their qualities and efficiency.
Delivery time:
• Orders placed before 14:00 on working days are executed and delivered within the next working day *.
• Orders placed after 14:00. on working days or on Saturdays / Sundays / holidays are performed and delivered within 2 working days *.
* For shipments to smaller settlements, where the courier company Econt has a specific weekly delivery schedule, the relevant schedule is followed.
** It is possible to extend the delivery time due to temporary absence of the product ordered by you or its insufficient availability to fulfill the quantity requested by you, as well as in case of declared emergency or emergency epidemic situation. In such cases, we will contact you for further clarification.
*** Please note that there may be a delay in the delivery of items by the courier company, which may be due to bad weather, technical problems, declared a state of emergency or an emergency epidemic and other factors. We recommend that you track your shipment by the number of the bill of lading, which you receive by e-mail after the shipment is delivered to the courier company Econt.
